- Transportation from your railway station to Kashmiri Gate ISBT is not included in the package.

In the evening, the trek leader will conduct a briefing session about the upcoming trek, safety guidelines, and gear check.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the trek base camp.
At the base camp, you can:

Important Note: The base camp can be crowded during the trekking season, as many trekkers deposit luggage and rent equipment on the same day. Please be patient, as these formalities may take some time.
Once the formalities are completed, drive to Jobra, the starting point of the Hampta Pass Trek. The scenic drive takes approximately 2 hours, passing through beautiful mountain roads, dense forests, and picturesque valleys.
From Jobra, begin your trek through enchanting pine forests and well-defined trails alongside the crystal-clear Rani River. As you ascend, the landscape gradually transforms into vast green meadows surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks.
After an easy and enjoyable trek of around 2 km, arrive at the beautiful Chika Campsite.
Spend the evening soaking in the peaceful surroundings, breathtaking sunset views, and the refreshing mountain air before enjoying a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, begin the trek from Chika to Balu Ka Ghera, one of the most scenic sections of the trek.
The trail follows the Hampta River, crossing small streams and vast alpine meadows. As you move higher, the majestic Dhauladhar mountain range becomes visible in the background.
The landscape becomes wider and more dramatic as you approach Balu Ka Ghera, which literally means “bed of sand”.
Set up camp surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks and enjoy the peaceful environment.

Start early in the morning and begin the steep ascent towards Hampta Pass. The trail includes rocky terrain, snow patches, and glacier crossings.
After around 3–4 hours of trekking, reach the summit of Hampta Pass (approx. 14,000 ft).
From the top, enjoy breathtaking views of:

After spending some time at the pass and capturing memorable photos, begin the descent towards Shea Goru campsite.

The trail follows the Shea Goru River and offers incredible views of the surrounding Himalayan mountains.
After trekking for around 3 hours, reach Chatru, where the road connects to the Spiti Valley route.
After lunch, drive towards the beautiful Chandratal Lake, located on the Samudra Tapu plateau in the Spiti region.
Chandratal, meaning “Moon Lake”, is famous for its crystal-clear blue water and stunning reflections of surrounding mountains.
Spend some peaceful time exploring the lake and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
Return to Camsite in Chatru / Baltal

If the road to Chandratal is closed due to weather or government restrictions, the group will return to Manali and cover sightseeing places like:

- The arrival time in Manali is not fixed and depends on vehicle arrangements from Chhatru, road conditions, and traffic.
- Upon reaching Manali, our vehicle will drop you at the base camp/office, where you can collect any extra luggage that you had deposited before the trek.
- If you arrive early and have sufficient time before your Volvo departure, you may book a hotel room at your own expense to freshen up and relax.
- Transportation from the hotel (if booked) to the Volvo boarding point is not included and must be arranged by the guest at their own expense.
